Rates and booking terms
Rates start from €450 per night in June and July, and €500 per night in August and September. All listed rates include applicable taxes.
A minimum stay of 21 nights applies. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in 3 double beds. A cot is available free of charge on request.
A 50% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival, together with the refundable security deposit.
A refundable security deposit equal to 5% of the total booking value, rounded up to the nearest €10, is due at the same time as the second 50% payment, 30 days before arrival. The security deposit is returned after departure, subject to a property inspection and deduction only for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or breach of the agreed house rules.
Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled by the guest. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrange appropriate travel insurance for cancellation, illness, travel disruption and other unforeseen events.
Departure cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi and one allocated parking space are included.
Electricity is included for the duration of the stay up to a maximum cost of €500. If electricity consumption exceeds €500 during the stay, the guest will be responsible for paying the amount above this limit.
